“I had a moment of ‘panic’ when developing the mosaic. When the time arrived to fill in the heart I had no immediate imagination as to what it would look like. Thankfully, with reflection, it became clear to me that the image of intensity of healing flame spoke loudest to me. Your presence has been good for me in finding I have my own creativity. It is not a requirement I be the same artist my father was all his life, but I am creative and express it in ways different from his abilities and gifts. I first realized this when we chaplains spent a day with you working with string art.
